On 10th and 11th January, 2012, a training tournament was held at the Sydney Chess Centre, which was primarily aimed at preparing NSW juniors who will be playing in the Australian Junior Championships in Melbourne from 14th-22nd January, 2012. The field included adults (including some recent juniors) and juniors and was played in 2 divisions.
Division 1 was jointly won by Clive Ng and Eric Shi with a score of 5.5/7. Bevan Clouston took out Division 2 with a score of 5/5. Full results can be found below.
