Sunday Fun Tournament December 2012

The last tournament held by Sydney Academy of Chess was the Sunday Fun Tournament December, held on Sunday 2nd December, 2012. There were 31 entrants, with 19 of those already rated and 6 over 500 JCL.

Many thanks to our arbiter Per, who ran the tournament by himself this time. This time there was an outright winner, Max Mikkelsen, on 7 points out of a possible 8. Below are the prizewinners who earned trophies (top 3 places) and medals:

3rd Place: Minghao Mo 6/8

1st Unrated - Xianyi Huang 5.5/8
1st Under 400 JCL - Yifu Wu 5/8
