Schools Chess Challenge 2016

The Schools Chess Challenge is a fundraising tournament, run by Sydney Academy of Chess for the benefit of the NSW Junior Chess League.  This year, the tournament attracted 145 teams of 3 players, making it the largest chess tournament held in NSW this year.

The overall winners were Greater Sydney Home School in the Secondary Division and Sydney Grammar Edgecliff in the Primary Division.  Full results can be downloaded by clicking the links below.

All of the parents and teachers who organised teams, and supevised the students on the day.  This may be our first event EVER where every single team has turned up on the day, and there were not late entries on the day!!
