$400 per player (GM, IM can enter for free)
Each round begins at 7:30pm (two games per week on Mondays and Fridays).
Dates are:
Round 1 - Monday 12 October Round 2 - Friday 16 October
Round 3 - Monday 19 October Round 4 - Friday 23 October
Round 5 - Monday 26 October Round 6 - Friday 30 October
Round 7 - Monday 2 November Round 8 - Friday 6 November
Makeup* - Monday 9 November Round 9 - Friday 13 November
(*if required due to postponed games)
The tournament is a Round-Robin competition with 9 rounds. This means that all players play 9 games and no-one is ‘knocked out’ of the tournament. The time limit is 90 minutes per player per game with a 30 second increment per move from the start.
This tournament will be FIDE and ACF rated, and provides an opportunity to earn an IM norm due to at least 3 IMs/GMs participating.
